Methods of Payment
Toys Tools and Treasures accepts cheques, money orders and credit card payments. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. You may use Paypal through this site or may phone in your credit card number if you are more comfortable doing so.
Purchase Orders
We do accept approved purchase orders via fax or mail, from recognized organizations. Please call our customer service line if you have any questions. We do not accept purchase orders under $50.
Gift Certificates
Unsure about what to buy? Gift certificates are available from Toys, Tools and Treasures.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for a $5.00/item. If purchasing online please click on gift wrapping and order for each item you would like wrapped.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item(s). We will gladly refund the purchase price. **NOTE** Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all items must be returned at customer's expense.
Security
As an online consumer, you must be aware that when you enter your credit card number you must see a yellow padlock on the bottom right hand corner of your browser screen. This is an indication that the transaction has security features. If you encounter a problem on this site where your credit card number is requested and there is no padlock at the bottom right of the screen, please contact us immediately.
Returns
To return merchandise, please e-mail us at toystoolsandtreasures@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number and the correct return address. A return authorization number is necessary in order to credit you for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please include your invoice number when you e-mail us. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of large or drop-shipped items. **NOTE** The following items MAY NOT be returned under any circumstance: software, CD's, videos, books or Theraputty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all items must be returned at customer's expense.
Damages, Missing items and Errors
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item has been damaged during delivery or you receive an inaccurate or incomplete order please call us immediately at 905-631-8041. You may refuse damaged boxes or sign for them as damaged, pending further inspection. Concealed damage should be reported to us as soon as possible (best within 24 hours of receipt). To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. Toys, Tools and Treasures will assume the return shipping charges for defective products. Errors and missing items must be reported within 15 days of receipt of package.

The following shipping chart is for Canadian Ground shipping to Ontario and Quebec addresses. Shipping to Northern Ontario may be higher. Please note that HST will also be charged on shipping.

Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is very clear. Toys, Tools and Treasures will not use your personal information gathered from the shopping cart for anything other than shipping your item and making sure you are a satisfied customer. We will gather your name, address, phone number and email address only for the purpose of fulfilling an order you have placed. We only have access to credit card numbers from orders that are faxed or phoned in. These numbers are used for the sole purpose of paying for your order. Online payment transactions are completed using PayPal with a secure SSL connection.
Your IP address may be recorded in order to determine hits on the site.
Your email address is private. We will not sell, lend or otherwise distribute your email to any party. Toys, Tools and Treasures may from time to time send you an email to inform you of a new product or get feedback on their existing products. If you do not wish to be contacted via email, please write us a quick email and we will take you off our client list.
