Arm Weight

Arm weights are recommended for use during fine motor or self-help activities. They provide proprioceptive input, increase sensory feedback, enhance kinesthetic awareness, and can be used for strengthening exercises. Also helpful for individuals who experience tremoring during fine motor tasks.

This arm weight is a tubular weighted stretch sleeve that is worn on the forearm. This unique design distributes the weight evenly along the full length of the forearm, which allows for maximum flexibility and mobility.

Constructed of durable stretch compression Nylon , lead free steel shot, and uses heavy duty stitching for added durability. Available in Navy Blue. Appropriate for either arm. Hand washing and air-drying is recommended.

Size is determined by the circumference of the fullest part of the forearm (see chart).
