Sticky ball that spreads out on impact

These balls have a unique sticky surface.  When thrown against any flat surface (windows work best), they spread out flat, then within seconds, they begin to re-form their original shape.  Stickiness tends to decrease with use.  Wash them with oap and water to return stickiness.
